St. John Extended Day Care Summer Camp Request Registration Form
We offer nine weeks of summer themes, field trips, activities, arts and crafts, group games, and more. Explore the things you know deeply and make discoveries. Then, we’ll put our gifts together and celebrate the summer.
Summer hours are 8:00 am-6:00 pm. The cost is $62.69 per day. Please choose the day(s) you wish to use. Payments will be billed over the course of three months (May through July) to your Smart Account on the 15th of the month before service. Once days are contracted, they are non-refundable or transferable and will only be prorated 30 days after written notification of withdrawal from summer camp. * Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
