*Note: Preschool Plan A end time is 8:30am. Preschool Plan B start time is 2:45pm.
Plan C (full day, $68.13) and Plan D (half day, $34.06) are optional days that are NOT included in the annual contract of Plan A or B and can be ordered for days that school is not in session. Orders for extra days must be reserved by submitting an Extra Hours Order Form by the 15th of the month preceding the month of service. (Ex: to reserve 5 days over Christmas Holidays, the order must be submitted by November 15.) Plan C is available on days school is not in session; Plan D is available only on days school is dismissed at noon.
Billing & Payment: Annual contracts are billed monthly over 10 months (August-May). XDC Contract Fees and additional optional/extra days (Plans C & D) are billed through SchoolAdmin/Finalsite.
Refunds and/or credit are not given for days missed for any reason.
Cancellation: Billing will be prorated for 30 days after written notification of withdrawal.
Enrollment Fee: An enrollment fee of $100 per family is required upon registration. This fee is non-refundable unless we are unable to accommodate your child.
